In this interactive 90-minute workshop, you'll participate in group discussions and exercises to develop the confidence and skills to promote yourself effectively. You’ll:

• Hear data and research about self-promotion and unconscious bias
• Go through an exercise to help you articulate your achievements and practice self-promotion
• Get take home exercises to continue on your journey

What you'll need

• Writing materials (pen and paper, or your computer)
• Your camera, for the best experience
• An open mind!
